Synopsis
When the CIA’s Most Wanted terrorist escapes MI5 custody during a high profile handover, Head of Counter-terrorism Harry Pearce is blamed and disappears in disgrace. His former protégé and ex-agent Will Holloway returns to discover the truth and uncovers a shocking revelation; Harry is still alive, has gone rogue, and desperately needs Will’s help to catch the traitor at the heart of MI5. It's a strange week on the home market, as we have a monster release coming out, Spectre. There are also four or so releases that are contenders for Pick of the Week. But after that, there's a huge drop in quality and we quickly reach releases that are not even worthy of being fillers. Of the contenders, Grandma is the Pick of the Week and it is certainly worth picking up on Blu-ray.

Limited and VOD Releases: It's All Greek to Me

It's a very busy weekend with way too many limited releases. Because of this, we had to be a little more selective with what films made the cut to appear in our column. Chi-raq is opening the widest and should earn the most over the weekend. However, there are more than half-a-dozen films on this week's list earning overwhelmingly positive reviews. Some of these might pick up some major Awards Season nominations.
