Synopsis

Secret service agent Frank Horrigan was on duty the day president Kennedy was assassinated, a fact that still haunts him. The story picks up with Frank Horrigan when the current president is running for re-election and the psychotic Mitch Leary taunts Horrigan by sharing his plans to kill the president. Frank Horrigan again goes on presidential protection duty determined not to lose another president.
