DEG Watched At Home Chart: The Silencing Tops New Releases
August 27, 2020
The top five of this week’s DEG Watched at Home chart is identical to last week, right down to the order. This means The Tax Collector remains in first place for the third week in a row. There are quite a few new releases making appearances lower down the chart though.
Trolls World Tour remains in second place, while Yellowstone has its three seasons bunch up again in the same order they had been for more than a month: season one, season three, and season two.
Behind Yellowstone comes the first new release, The Silencing, a thriller starring Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, in sixth place. The Vanished, another thriller starring Thomas Jane and Anne Heche, followed it in seventh.
There were plenty of more new releases lower on the list with black comedy Spree in 15th place. Another horror / thriller movie, Sputnik landed in 18th place. Finally, Deathstroke: Knights and Dragons opened in 20th place. Five new releases in one week is certainly busier than most weeks, even if most of the new releases were in the lower half of the chart.
