Synopsis
Vic dreams of going on an adventure with the Viking crew. But Halvar, his father thinks he is too frail to be part of such a dangerous journey. When Vic’s mother, Ylva, is accidentally turned into a golden statue by the magical sword of Loki, Halvar and his crew have no choice but to sail to the forges of Loki, beyond the end of the world, in order to destroy the sword and bring Ylva back to life.

VOD Releases: There’s a Large Gap Between Quality and Quantity
July 8th, 2020
There are a ton of new releases on VOD this week. Unfortunately, most are rather weak and almost none are going to find a significant audience. The War of the Worlds is the best release, but the Criterion Collection Blu-ray is the better deal. On the other hand, Sometimes Always Never is perfect for VOD, but you have to wait until Friday to get it.
