Synopsis
Under the spell of the Sex Pistols, every teenager in the country wants to be a punk, including our hopeless hero Enn. Crashing local punk queen Boadicea’s party, Enn discovers every boy’s dream; gorgeous foreign exchange students. When he meets the enigmatic Zan, it’s love at first sight. But these teens are, in fact, aliens from outer space, sent to Earth to prepare for a mysterious rite of passage. When their dark secret is revealed, the love-struck Enn must turn to Boadicea and her followers for help in order to save the girl he loves from certain death. When the punks take on the aliens, neither Enn’s nor Zan’s universe will ever be the same again.

Home Market Releases for August 14th, 2018

Avengers: Infinity War comes out on DVD, Blu-ray Combo Pack, and 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack this week and it is scaring away most of the competition. That’s not to say there’s nothing else worth picking up. For example, Grace Jones: Bloodlight and Bami isn’t selling well enough to make the list, but the Blu-ray is certainly worth owning.

Limited and VOD Releases: Now and Then
May 25th, 2018
It is a slow week, both in terms of total releases and in terms of quality releases. The Gospel According to Andre and Summer 1993 are both earning great reviews, but will likely be relegated to the art house circuit. The film with the best chance of box office success is Who We Are Now, but even then it has an uphill battle.
