It's a pretty good week on the home market, all things considered, with two $100 million first-run releases on this week's list. On the other hand, there doesn't feel like a whole lot of depth and there are about as many featured reviews as other releases, if you count late reviews and ones where I'm still waiting on the screeners. One of these late reviews, Megamind could be the Pick of the Week, but I'm giving the Blu-ray one last chance to arrive before its release on Friday.

Featured Blu-ray Review: Raging Bull

Raging Bull earned nearly universal praise, eight Oscar nominations, two wins, including Robert De Niro's second win and fourth nomination in just six years. It made its Blu-ray debut just two years ago, but now its coming out on an anniversary edition. And while most people already have a set opinion on the movie, one that I don't think I'm going to be able to change, the question is, is it worth upgrading?

This week, among the many DVD / Blu-ray releases, is what could be the Best Picture Oscar winner. However, after The Social Network, there's quite a drop-off in quality. There are a few that are worth checking out, as well as a couple that are worth picking up, but there's no competition for The Social Network's Two-Disc DVD or Blu-ray for Pick of the Week.
