Synopsis

Meet Aaron, a bright but sheltered freshman embarking on a new Ivy League adventure and all that it entails. But life turns out to be more complicated than dorm parties, freshmen co-eds and the college's elite engineering program when Aaron meets Linda. He soon gets an unexpected education from this vivacious former wild-child who has returned to college to straighten out her life. When Linda invites him home for dinner, Aaron thinks he's getting lucky. Instead he meets Beth, Linda's punky, sarcastic and intense 14-year-old daughter who immediately develops an aggressive crush on him. Caught between his feelings for Linda and Beth's feelings for him, Aaron quickly learns the romantic math doesn't work in either direction, as he is drawn into a dysfunctional triangle and begins to learn that life can be more complicated than any engineering equation.
