Synopsis

A new Jack the Ripper who ruthlessly crushes his victims and leaves a business card with a black rose at the crime site appears in West Hollywood. The police can’t track down the killer. It turns out that all his victims are girls who have emigrated from Russia. The Chief of Los Angeles police department decides to seek help from Russian colleagues and invites a Russian police officer to the USA to help find the killer. Major Vlad Kazatov arrives in California having a little time before the maniac strikes again…
